The St. Joseph's Parish Finance Council, is a consultative body of the Christian faithful. They aid the pastor in the administration of parish goods with due regard for the prescriptions of can. 532.

Besides the usual maintenance of buildings, grounds and other materialities, the administration of parish goods includes the implementation of a responsible stewardship program, long range financial planning, the preparation and monitoring of an overall parish budget, and the preparation and monitoring of an overall parish budget, and the preparation of an annual financial report for publication in the parish bulletin (The establishment of norms to insure that the funds of the parish guilds, clubs, etc, serve the broader financial needs of the parish pertains to the Diocese.).
